Refunds & Returns Policy
Here at Refifi we are committed to making your experience fun and pleasurable and strive to make sure that there will be no issues with your items.
How ever, things sometimes go astray. Below are our rules for returns or refunds.
1. Contact us by Email within 5 days of receiving your order. email@example.com
2. Item is damaged, broken, dis-coloured or not functioning as advertised on product page.
3. Other reasonable issues that may affect the use of your product.
4. Photo of items showing reason for refund request must be included in email.
5. Refunds will be issued at our discretion with a sense of fairness.
Unfortunately as a small sole trader business we can not offer refunds for change of mind.
We conform to the Australian standards on returns and refunds.
